Shipping & Delivery
1. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we’ll get your order to you.
2. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment online.
3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We process and ship out orders within three days of receiving them. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, and may take anywhere from 1 day to a few weeks, depending on your country and shipping method. We’ll keep you updated along the way!
Returns
We only accept returns for defective items. If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you with the return process. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any other reason.
Product care
To keep our clothing in the best condition, wash it in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. We recommend washing it after several wears, depending on how often it's used. Always wash it inside out to preserve the fabric and color, and avoid using bleach. For longer-lasting quality, air drying is a great option to help maintain its shape and softness.
